Explore off the beaten path

The Salento region is home to many treasures! There are picturesque bays on the Adriatic coast, long sandy beaches on the Ionic sea and wonderful cultural and culinary highlights throughout the region.

Must do’s are to discover the coast and the caves of Tre Porte on a canoe tour or biking through the olive growths and villages with wonderful views.

L’UPUPA Camps & Retreats

At Agriturismo L’UPUPA we organise bespoke retreats with talented instructors and leaders. Our retreats combine exercise or art with the local culture. Relax at the beach, learn and improve your skills and enjoy the Salento life style.  Please inquire per e-mail for more information.
